Professional Services

Our team of information technology [IT] professionals includes librarians, educators, archivists, program managers and others. We can respond to your most exacting needs. A team, developed specifically to respond to your RFI or RFP, will develop a response to your needs and work with you throughout the process.

We develop focus groups, conduct telephone or Internet questionnaires, research the Internet including all aspects of the World-Wide web including both public domain and proprietary databases, and access a world of other online and offline data files. We have facilities and/or services based throughout the Western USA (including California, Idaho, Nevada, Colorado, Oregon) and affiliates in Asia, Europe and elsewhere.

Subject areas in which we are most capable include:

  1. Program/Project Management and Evaluation. Whether times are tough or relatively good, managing programs and projects is critical to the success of the enterprise. We assist our clients all the way through the process from assessment to implementation and with evaluation methods throughout the process.
  2. Project Cost and Risk Management. Our world grows more complex every day and managing costs and risks is an important part of dealing with that complexity. What do you know about the risks your organizaion may be facing? Determining where those risks are coming from and how to plan for and overcome such hurdles is a particular strength of our organization.
  3. California Multiple Award Schedules [CMAS] support services. Our team of experienced CMAS support personnel can help your firm develop the documention needed to meet the terms and conditions for California Department of General Services approval. Add our knowledge, skills and abilities to your own team or let us complete the work for your firm. We actually enjoy this work and would be pleased see your firm approved for selling goods and (personal) services to the State of California.
  4. Competitive Intelligence. Our services include monitoring the competitive environment, gathering data in an ethical, continual and systematic way from many sources. We can also draw meaningful conclusions to present to your firm's decision makers. One recent project called on our experts to gather and present an entire portfolio on a given product from sources, political volatility of producing countries, to purity of product for given industries, a 10-year graph of all pricing levels from production to wholesale to retail and finally a market analysis of who uses the product currently and a thorough look at potential users. Let us know what competition intelligence you need and we'll prepare a bid for your consideration.
  5. Multimedia Production. Whether you need a video, a PSA, a promo for a trade show or TV advertisement, or just a short video clip for your website let us know. We also use the latest presentation software and can produce a presentation of any length for use on your laptop or in the largest exhibit hall. On our staff and through our affiliate system we have some of the finest creative minds in the business of new media.
