Last Will of Robert Doak, deceased.
Registered October 18th, 1838.
 
The last will and testament of Robert Doak of Hanover Township Beaver County State of Pennsylvania considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of sound mind and memory do make this my last will and testament in manner and following revoking an annulling all wills by me heretofore made.
 
1st-after all my just debts and funeral expenses be discharged it is my will and desire that my wife Sarah Doak have one horse and saddle and one cow, and eight dollars to payed her each and every year during her natural life and privilege of the mansion house and so much of the kitchen furniture as is necessary for her accomodation and that she be supported in all things necessary for her living of the proceeds of the farm.
 
It is my will and desire that my daughter Seraugh Doak live with her mother and be supported of the proceeds of the farm and said Sarah Doak is to have two hundred dollars paid her in four equal annual payments after my decease and to be supported of the proceeds of the farm so long as her mother lives and she remains unmarried.
 
3rd It is my will and desire that my four sons have all my personal estate Moses Doak Robert Doak William Doak Thomas Doak to share and share alike.
 
4th- I also will and bequeath all my real estate three hundred and twenty four acres of land to my four sons Moses Doak Robert Doak William Doak Thomas Doak them fulfilling the above requirements the real and personal estate is to be theirs to share and share alike to be theirs and their heirs or assigns forever. I do by here nominate and appoint my two sons Moses and Robert Doak my lawful Executors to carry into full effect the contents of the within will.
 
IN TESTIMONY HEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and seal this nineteenth day of January A.D. 1835

BEAVER COUNTY SS: Be it remembered that on the 18 day of October A.D. 1838 Before me Thompson M. Johnson Register for the Probate of Wills etc in and for said County personally came William Woods and Robert Ramsey who being duly sworn did depose and say that they were present and saw and heard Robert Doak the testator within named signed seal pronounce and declare the foregoing instrument of writing as and for his last will and testament and that at the time of so doing he was of sound mind memory and understanding to the best of these deponents knowledge observation and belief.

18 October 1838 Robert Doak renounced acting as Executor of Robert Doak deceased.
 
Letters Testamentary granted to Moses Doak 18 Oct. 1838.
